Amateurs classification. This year, due to the unusual situation (online tournament) and the significant limitation of the performance for new players, we decided to include players in this classification, even if they have a polish chess category.  The winner was Mikołaj Majdecki (Gambit Ślesin) who is only 7 years old!

Best score in the team classification was obtained by Hetman Konin with: FM Marcin Steczek, Sławomir Smagalski, Jarosław Smagalski and Małgorzata Steczek.

It is interesting to note that many families competed in the tournament!
At least 2 people started from families: Dudziński, Huchwajda, Kątny, Majdecki, Pieczewski, Smagalski, Steczek, Zakrzewski.
Maybe we should consider a new classification - a family one :)

As usual, at least a few representatives were put up by the clubs OTSz Ostrów Wielkopolski, ASSz Lipno Stęszew, Gambit Ślesin, Hetman Konin, Smecz Konin, LKS Chrobry Gniezno, KTS Kalisz and Wieża Kórnicka Kórnik. Online tournament also made it easier to play in our tournament for friendly clubs from SK Landau-Dingolfing and Clube De Xadrez De Curitiba.

A total of 7 foreigners took part in the tournament. As many as 4 of them finished in the top 20 of the tournament. On the 14th place is Ulisses Kaniak (Brasil), 16th place for Dmitry Geraschenko (Ukraine)  - the regular winner of this classification in rapid tournament. 18th place for Christoph Schultes (Germany) 20th place for Murilo Gimenez Salustiano (Brasil).
We hope that in the near future we will see each other live on the playing hall.

The best player among the host team GKS Gorzyce Wielkie was Jakub Pieczewski, which took 21st place. Jakub had a phenomenal start and was in 3rd place after 7 rounds!

The organisers would like to offer their sincere thanks to all contestants for participating in the tournament!
